They are, in effect, an open house tour available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
I use state-of-the-art equipment and software to create a tour that showcases your listings.
I offer three types of tours:
"Regular Virtual Tours" that include 360 degree views of the larger rooms in the property along with still shots of the smaller rooms in the property. These tours are what many consider a "traditional" virtual tour.
"Pan and Zoom Virtual Tours" that include a series of still shots of the property that I pan across zoom in or zoom out and pan across. They offer a clean, modern look that is appealing to many.
"High Definition Tours" that include everything my regular virtual tours offer, but in a high definition format with the option to view them in a full screen mode.
All of tours offer many tools that allow the consumer to explore the details of the property and the area.
Prices vary, depending on the size and location of the property. "Regular" tours start at $225 and "Pan and Zoom" tours start at $125 plus the cost of the photography. And High Definition Tours start at $250.
