Pricing professional real estate photography is difficult, at best.  Even similar properties sometimes require different techniques.  The following price guidelines should be considered, but they are not "set in stone."  Each property is unique.  Each Realtor is unique.  Contact me to discuss your budget and your listing - together we can work something out that will satisfy you and your clients and help get those listings sold.

MLS Photographs

12 professional quality photos for you to post to the MLS (professionally retouched for the best quality)

From $180 (depending on location)

More photographs or special situations will be priced higher.

Print/Brochure Photographs

12 professional photographs (including 12 MLS photos), professionaly retouched for the best quality.  High resolution (300 dpi) and low resolution (MLS) photos delivered to you.

From $250 (depending on location)

More photographs or special situations will be priced higher.

Twilight/night Photographs

4 to 6 professional exterior photographs taken just after sunset with all interior and exterior lights of the property on.  Star-like effects of the lighting available on request.

From $275 (depending on location and equipment required)

These prices are basic guidlines - not minimum or maximum prices.  Contact me to discuss your budget (however small or large) and the property and we'll work something out.

Other Charges:

Changes to Virtual Tours - $25.00

Replacing lost Photo DVD/CD's - $35.00 per disk.

Resending photos to Vendors (Mountain Homes Illustrated, etc.) - $25.00 and up.

All properties must be clean and set up or additional charges will apply.
